Due to seating limitations and security requirements, the registration procedures noted below have been developed. Pre-registered guests for the Convention who are eligible to receive an admission ticket to this special session will receive priority.
Therefore, if you have already pre-registered for the Convention, please review the following guidelines regarding this keynote presentation on Tuesday morning, March 21, 2006.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Pre-registered Convention participants with a 4-Day Registration, Executive Pass, or any registration package including Tuesday, March 21 are automatically registered to receive one complimentary admission ticket for this session.
Tickets will be required to enter the session and will be distributed onsite in Las Vegas to all individuals who are eligible; indvidual tickets will not be available for purchase onsite.
Section assignments will be determined by IHRSA and will be noted on the ticket issued to each registrant; individuals traveling together will be accommodated to the best of our ability.
To pick-up your ticket, simply proceed to the IHRSA Registration Desk at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Hall C3 Concourse, on Sunday and Monday, March 19-20.
Tickets must be retrieved by 6:00pm on Monday or they will be forfeited.
