European Club Leadership Award
IHRSA is seeking nominations for the 2010 European Club Leadership Award, which will be presented at the annual European Congress in Barcelona. The award recognises the European club leader who has done the most to advance their company and the industry through strong leadership and performance. Nominees are judged on:

Number of years in business
Growth realized in those years in number of clubs
Number of members
Innovations introduced to the market
Overall impact on the country’s development in fitness
Contributions to the community
Strong financial, unit and membership growth which have presented a positive view of the industry to consumers and to the financial community
Positive impact on the European industry (e.g. opening of clubs, introduction on new business models, first to capitalize on new trends)
Commitment to excellence (e.g. in customer service, professionalism)
Industry leadership in terms of public policy or participation in IHRSA
Extraordinary accomplishments (e.g. leading a business turnaround)

Refund Policy
If, after pre-registering, you will no longer be able to join us for this exceptional learning and networking experience, please notify us in writing prior to 10 October 2010. Refund requests received after this date will be processed less a US$ 75 fee. No refunds will be made after 10 October, or for no-shows. Substitutions are welcome at any time.
