Teeing Up Fitness
In 1991, golfing great Greg ‘The Shark’ Norman,
then 36, realized that, if he was going to continue
to score on the PGA tour, he was going to have
to begin working out more consistently, intelligently,
and intensely than he ever had before.
Since then, Norman, now 55, has continued to
accumulate trophies and become an outspoken
